Raileurope.com: See Europe by train
Travelling > By Train

The rail network connects all major Croatian cities, except Dubrovnik. There are direct lines to Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. There are indirect lines to almost all other European countries so you can use your rail passes

Train is a popular mode of transport in Croatia. The day trains between major cities also conveys full restaurant facilities, whilst the overnight services convey sleeping car accommodation as well as seating accommodation. Between Zagreb and Split, particularly in high season, several night trains take private cars.

You can find the schedules at the Croatian Railways site but you cannot find prices or book. Croatia is well connected to European railway network. So if your coming from Europe, it's worth looking at your national railways' site.
